Wholesale Plug-in Melt Warmers

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ORDERING WHOLESALE MELT WARMERS

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 10 melt warmers (any combination) must be purchased to obtain wholesale pricing.  Should MOQ not be met by you when purchasing this product - you will be required to pay the retail price.  Invoice will be sent to you for the difference in wholesale and retail price - which must be paid prior to your order being packaged and shipped to you.

- A 3.9% payment administration and processing fee (POS) applies to all wholesale orders if NOT paying via EFT. It is recommended that you pay by EFT to avoid the additional payment.

- shipping costs for wholesale orders sold by CW Escentials incorporate a packaging/handling fee and courier fee inclusive of fuel levy charged by the courier delivery company.

-  For all wholesale orders (shipping fees will be calculated when packaging and preparing your order and any additional shipping costs incurred (depending on your location) will be charged to. Shipping costs paid during checkout is only an estimate.  The above admin and processing fee together with any extra shipping costs will be separately invoiced to you.

- Payment of this additional invoice will be required first before products will be shipped to you.

- No returns or refunds are accepted for wholesale or supplies orders. In the unlikely event that you have ordered incorrectly an exchange or credit note will be issued by agreement only.  however the total amount paid by you will be deducted with a 10% restocking fee .

**Full payment upfront is required for all pre-orders. 

** There is currently a 2-4 week turnaround on packaging and shipping all wholesale orders of our melt warmers.
